Over half of the stalls in the fair were organized by the Mountain Ministry of Bangladesh. Handicrafts, traditional clothing and food products, as well as zoom and mountain fruit was sold and displayed at the fair. Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy cultural programs on the stage.

The fair was going with a proper security system. Other facilities were also available. But the promotion was not up to the mark. The Product was not expensive. “Basically our main target is to reach our quality products to city people. So I think organizers should take more attentive steps to highlight this event,” Said Hasanur Rahman, deputy Manager of Padakkhep Manobik Unnayan.
He also added: “if we compare Mountain ginger with Chinese then Mountain ginger is more quality full.”

After entering, some people were looking for mountain food and they also had some delicious food which was not well known by the city people. Citrus fruit, mountains banana, wild potato, vegetable, crab and different types of other food was available at the fair. “I just walk beside this place. Then I came to eat bamboo chicken which I ate in Kaptail before,” Said Abir Rahman a student of North South University.
If organizer could play a perfect role to promote about this fair, people would get more encourage for visiting and knowing about mountain foods.
Basically, people didn’t get any information about the fair. It was quite surprising that no one promoting it officially though it was a government-related event. This fair did not get proper social coverage. “I invite personally to the audience to visit my stall by using Facebook and I think organizer will take steps to promote this event in future,” Said Badshah Faisal the founder and CEO of tourism lifestyle.

This fair was quite a difference. It was not related to city culture. To gather the audience, the organizer should be more attentive. “I came to my relative house near this residence and I just heard from them. I didn’t know about this fair,” said Syed Akhter Johan a housewife.
Though there were so many organizations together like Unicef, Brack, and also Parbotto Mantronaloy, many stall owners thought that responsible steps were quite less.
Stall owner Chung Chung Marma said: “I want to come again in future to this fair. If the organization arranges the accommodation and the transport system then it would become quite easier for me to come.”
There were many tribes like Chakma, Marma, Mog who made the fair colorful. The main purpose of the fair was to make the relationship more strong between city people and mountain people.
